Welcome To Spilsby Weather Centre

I have set up a weather station in my backyard in Spilsby. The equipment consists of:

• Thermometer/humidity sensor
• Wind direction/speed sensor
• Rain gauge sensor
• UV sensor.

This equipment is electronic and sends data to the base station which can be downloaded to my PC using Weather-Display software. In theory, the base can predict weather for the next 6 to 12 hours.

I have also set up some analogue equipment to calibrate and contrast the electronic sensors. This set up consists of a max/min thermometer and a rain gauge.

Notice: This is a private weather station. You are welcome to peruse the data collected, but do not rely upon the information for important events. The data is not intended to be used in an official capacity, only as interesting information.
